The Los Lagos Vistas HOA will consider final approval of the 2026 budget at its Board meeting Thursday, Nov. 20, in Room 155/156 (parking lot entrance).   No HOA fee increases are planned but higher insurance rates will increase the annual insurance assessment to about $360. Two seats up for election for HOA Board of Directors Fill out a candidate form to run for the Board. The Los Lagos Vistas HOA will conduct an election for two seats at its annual meeting in February. Those interested in running for office should fill out a candidate form and submit it to the Board. Seats up for election are currently held by President Jason Hart and Treasurer Mark Holmes. Gas line and water line repairs completed VanRooy Plumbing expedited gas line repairs to the pool heater and temperatures should be up to 84-degrees this weekend. The Maintenance Team also repaired as broken water line, so the pool and rec area is uip and running as normal. Repairing the lines inside the pool house will completely refurbish the pool heater lines. The HOA repaired the pool heaters a couple of years ago, so the system should be good for many years to come. Ho

Pilot program aims to make recycling easier, more effective Recycling aluminum cans will be easier if a Social Committee pilot program works out. The Social Committee is testing an easier way for residents to recycle aluminum cans and support neighborhood fundraising — starting with Circle 6.
