Bike riding will destroy the Perimeter Path. The Los Lagos Vistas Perimeter Path was recently completed, but it is not designed to handle bike traffic. Riding bikes on the path can break up the compacted dirt and destroy five years of volunteer and paid work. Water temps will take a few days to normalize   Pool heater project nears completion. Repairs on the pool-heater plumbing and electrical are expected to happen Tuesday, March 3. The new pool heater has been installed and is heating the pool.  The HOA Board approved a $7,500 bid from Liquid Assets to replace the heater and redo plumbing and electrical in the heater shed to clean up the area, improve water flows, and increase efficiencies after the heater failed last week.   Th

Gas line and water line repairs completed VanRooy Plumbing expedited gas line repairs to the pool heater and temperatures should be up to 84-degrees this weekend. The Maintenance Team also repaired as broken water line, so the pool and rec area is uip and running as normal. Repairing the lines inside the pool house will completely refurbish the pool heater lines. The HOA repaired the pool heaters a couple of years ago, so the system should be good for many years to come. Ho
