Bingo!
Valentine's Day Bingo brought out a lot of winners and a lot of February fun.
Experts say bingo fosters community connection, boosts mood through laughter and friendly competition, and can even accelerate healing and reduce dementia risk.
So, why not enjoy a couple of rounds?
Come out to the next bingo party, this one celebrating St. Patty's Day, 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 10, at the pool. Wear green!

Western BBQ
Prizes, Dancin', Good Food
The Western BBQ saw about 100 cowboys and cowgirls show up for some great food, music, prizes, and fun.
Gift cards from Babaloos, a Kathy Yager gift basket, a Rosie Weston painted rock added to the rewards.
The Social Committee cooked and baked up the great trimmings and dessert and Stubbys barbecued some great pork.
Bingo Mania
Bingo players got not only bingo rewards but prizes at the monthly fun by the pool. At left, Patty Miller shows off her prize and Rosie Weston, left, and Bonnie Holmes, right present another prize.
Next games are 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 10 at the pool. Come early to get cards and free popcorn.
Special Visitors Come Party

Cookies, Great Food and Great People
A large gathering of elves brought holiday joy to the second annual Los Lagos Vistas Christmas party in the roundabout.
From cookies to schnapps, it was a festive time, especially when Santa and Mrs. Claus flew in with treats and laughs (okay, it was Sharon and Bob Litz).
Joyce Witte took special photos, the cookie exchange was fully exchanged because of the bakers' creativity, and the weather was perfect.
Thanks to the volunteers who worked hard to set up and clean up.
About 50 people enjoyed coffee and a continental breakfast at the December First Coffee Saturday. It's always a great time to meet new friends, connect with hold friends, and hear the latest about Los Lagos Vistas.
Saturday Coffee Fun

The annual Los Lagos Vistas Thanksgiving dinner was a time of great eating and fun fellowship. The Social Committee cooked the turkeys and the residents brought the fun.
Thanksgiving Feast
We Make Spooky Look Good!
Some 40 friends and neighbors came from circles near and far to revel in the spirit of Halloween. Good food and fun are always part of Los Logos Vistas, but this party had extra treats. Costume winners went home with gift cards to celebrate, including:
Most creative costume: Cry Baby by Roxy Webster
Most scary costume: Criminal by Carol Cahalane
Best couple: Cruella DeVille and Dalmatian Becky DeCicco and Steve Mill
Best group: Rock Paper Scissors by Rosie Weston and Val and Bob Rodekohr

Scrambling Through a Desert Spring
Los Lagos Vistas golfers love Lake Havasu because so many good courses are nearby. Friends and neighbors love catching an afternoon scramble tourney, and these golf-lovers enjoyed a recent afternoon at Lake Havasu Golf Club.
