The Los Lagos Vistas HOA will consider final approval of the 2026 budget at its Board meeting Thursday, Nov. 20, in Room 155/156 (parking lot entrance).   No HOA fee increases are planned but higher insurance rates will increase the annual insurance assessment to about $360.
