Lindsay Excavation levels water valve access during Circle 7 water line repairs. The two underground valves will be replaced at the entrance of Circle 2 and Circle 5 to help stop ongoing water leaks. Budgeting, planning maintain reserves. The Los Lagos Vistas HOA will consider final approval of the 2026 budget at its Board meeting Thursday, Nov. 20, in Room 155/156 (parking lot entrance).
