The Western Hoe Down was one of many Los Lagos Vistas events this year.

The Social Committee works to foster a vibrant and connected community through social events that support our community. Your feedback is invaluable to help plan future activities and allocate resources effectively. A brief survey to Los Lagos Vistas homeowners will be emailed to soon, so please take a few minutes to respond.

Events are important to support neighborhood improvements and manage the HOA budget, so we want to do it right. Chair Joyce Witte reported the Social Committee raised $4,500 this past season. Event proceeds were used for pool equipment, railings, and more.

Survey responses are anonymous and will be used solely for the purpose of improving our community events and initiatives.

Projects that have been fully or partially funded by the Social Committee include creation of Jack Iversen Park and the bocce ball court, installation of the pergola by the pool, expansion of the concrete picnic area with additional permanent seating, pool area fencing, upgrades to the pool BBQ area, and adding a utility sink with a hot water tank in the utility room. Smaller purchases include the illuminated Christmas tree in the roundabout, lounge chair cushions, pool noodles, and table umbrellas.
