Installation expected to be quick

The HOA Board approved purchase of a $6,500 Pentair MasterTemp 125 pool heater over the weekend that promises 82% thermal efficiency, energy savings, and advanced operating features, such as digital controls.
The Board also approved about $1,200 in replumbing in the pool shed to improve water flows and clean up water lines and connections.
The Board is awaiting details on ordering and installation timing, expected to be relatively quick once the heater is delivered. It may take a week to install. The pool is open but the water temperature will be cooler than usual. Hotter days are expected later this week.
Liquid Assets, the HOA’s pool service company, recommended the heater, indicating that water quality and other maintenance issues may have contributed to the out-of-warranty heater’s failure.
The heater replacement includes the heater, installation, and materials, such as PVC piping, electrical work, and other required parts.
