Perimeter Pathway Completed

The last segment of the Perimeter Path was completed this summer.
The last segment of the Perimeter Path was completed this summer.

The Los Lagos Vistas Perimeter Path is finished. The last segments were funded in part by city water-conservation grants, which expedited grass removal, laying out the pathway, and planting attractive xeriscaping.

D&D Landscaping completed the last segments along the north wash and around to Circle 3. The project total cost was about $24,000, but the grants paid for half


The path encircles the complex and is a mile long.


The project took five years from idea to completion. Under HOA President Jack Iverson, the Board approved the project to provide added safety for pedestrians and an exercise and dog-walking path.
