No HOA fee hikes in '26 budget

Budgeting, planning maintain reserves.

The Los Lagos Vistas HOA will consider final approval of the 2026 budget at its Board meeting Thursday, Nov. 20, in Room 155/156 (parking lot entrance).

No HOA fee increases are planned but higher insurance rates will increase the annual insurance assessment to about $360. The HOA is waiting for final insurance rates from the insurer.

The Budget continues to have a strong reserve and funds have been set aside for carport repairs. In other news:

• The Board reported 22 of 30 targeted patio roofs have been repaired since work re-started. Pool warranty repairs are still in the works.

• Landscaping improvements on Lake Havasu Avenue will resume soon.

•  Repair was approved for a retaining wall between Circles 6 and 7.

• About 90% of owner-contact forms have been completed with the few stragglers reporting they will complete the state-required forms.
