Flag box on maintenance shed by the dog-area entry will store red flags to mark sprinkler problems.
HOA President Jason Hart is trying out a new system that will enable residents to pinpoint water-sprinkler and irrigation problems. Red flags are stored on the maintenance shed by the dog area that residents can use to flag problems.
Often, even with quick sprinkler checks after mowing, sprinklers break. People might complain, but it's difficult for the maintenance team to pinpoint the problem since there are so many sprinkler heads and water lines. The process is time-consuming and requires the maintenance team to shut off timers and start systems, wasting water as the team goes on the hunt. The flags will allow residents to pinpoint the offending sprinkler head or line and follow up your call or email to report a planted flag.
