The Los Lagos Vistas HOA will consider final approval of the 2026 budget at its Board meeting Thursday, Nov. 20, in Room 155/156 (parking lot entrance).   No HOA fee increases are planned but higher insurance rates will increase the annual insurance assessment to about $360. Two seats up for election for HOA Board of Directors Fill out a candidate form to run for the Board. The Los Lagos Vistas HOA will conduct an election for two seats at its annual meeting in February.
