7's Main Repair OK'd

Circle 7 will close Wednesday, May 13, to replace a water main line.

Team Spruces Up the Front Yard
The volunteer "Dirt Crew" worked hard over the winter and spring to finish up beautification of the Lake Havasu Avenue frontage. Begun two years ago by HOA President Jason Hart, the work includes rockscaping, xeriscaping, and some great design plus lots of sweat.

Please Don't Water the Grass
Yes, the grass looks bad, but it's just transitioning from its winter rye green to the summer Bermuda grass green. The brown spots are normal. However if you water the grass or add your own fertilizer you could be delaying the process and actually harming the grass. The Maintenance Team has scheduled irrigation and fertilizer to ensure the grass comes back and looks great.

DON'T FEED WILDLIFE
