Carport Repairs Begin

Project will be phased in depending on final costs and budget
Responding to resident concerns, the Los Lagos Vistas HOA approved a plan to begin repairing carport ceilings. The project began as a volunteer test in Circle 7, then a contractor assigned repair in Circle 1. Circle 2 is targeted for repair Tuesday, March 24.
Residents are advised to move cars out of carports or make arrangements to have keys available to move vehicles and other equipment out of carports. The project includes sanding, removing and installing materials, and painting.
Attempts will be made to notify residents when work on their carport begins.
Completion of the project will depend on final costs and budgeting, but it is estimated that each circle repair will be $3,000-$4,000 or $18,000 to $24,000. Pricing is affected by total work done and materials used.
Castle Rock Construction is the repair contractor.
